Tonya Stratton is a founding partner of Paragon Noise Barriers, Inc. Prior to embarking on this new business venture, Ms. Stratton spent 18 years in the modular construction industry working as controller for American Modular Technology, and as Vice President for ProConcepts, Inc., a manufacturer of modular commercial buildings.

Susan Boyd, Vice President
Prior to founding Paragon Noise Barriers, Inc., Susan Boyd owned and operated ProConcepts, Inc. ProConcepts provided construction consulting services for a wide variety of clients throughout the continental United States. Susan and her staff were known for being experts at managing the demands and requirements of construction projects, from pre-development through the construction phase, while maintaining a keen focus on the client's bottom line.

Dan Smith, PE, Vice President
In addition to being a founding partner of Paragon Noise Barriers, Inc., Dan Smith is a Professional Engineer, as well as President and CEO of DCSPE Consulting Engineers. DCSPE has over 40 years experience in commercial, industrial and residential structural engineering. DCSPE also performs finite element design and analysis of products, parts and assemblies.
