Paragon Noise Barriers, Inc., announced the addition of 3 sales representatives to assist the company with its growing demand for Noise D-FenceTM, the company's line of noise barriers for use alongside highways, interstates, commercial chillers and HVAC units.
Joining Paragon Noise Barriers, Inc., are Sue Wells, Norma Smith, and Daniel L. Smith. Wells will cover Georgia and Tennessee while the Smiths will cover Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Company president, Tonya Stratton, is delighted with the new hires. "Each of these individuals brings a unique background that will complement the core strengths of Paragon Noise Barriers, Inc.," says Stratton.
Wells joined the Noise D-Fence™ sales team after successfully managing an architectural and structural engineering firm in Greensboro, NC. In 2008 Wells left the firm and took some time off to assess her options for her “next career.” When asked why she selected Noise D-Fence™, Wells said, “When I first saw Noise D-Fence™, I knew it was a cutting edge product. Noise pollution is a nuisance and our product provides an attractive solution for contractors and for homeowners.”
Norma Smith spent the last 30 years in public construction contracting in North Carolina and Virginia. She was the first woman Specifications Engineer in each state. Retired from her career in the public sector, Ms. Smith was looking for new opportunities when she found Noise D-Fence™. “I wasn’t ready to retire full-time and this just seemed like the perfect opportunity for me. As our communities become more densely populated, noise pollution is becoming more of a challenge to the public sector. I want to be part of the solution,” said Ms. Smith.
Daniel L. Smith has over 20 years experience working with contractors, inspectors, and resident engineers in the construction field. He has specialized in materials testing for a variety of products including coatings, steel, concrete, and castings. Mr. Smith enjoys meeting his customers face to face and helping them find innovative ways to solve their problems.
